Kids eyeglasses

Getting the perfect glasses for your face means understanding the shape and contours of your face. There are about five different face shapes namely: round, oval, square, diamond, and heart shape. Knowing the exact shape of your face will determine the frame that works best.

Round face: rectangular or square frames look good on this face shape as it enhances the face and gives it a slimming look while balancing out the round features. Glasses with the thick frame are the best as rimless or thin frame just makes your face rounder.

Oval face: These faces are naturally long and are the perfect face for wearing kids eyeglasses. Frames, for this kind of face, should be wide giving the face a rounder, fuller look to balance out the slimness of the chin.

Square face: this face has sharp contours with sharp edges. Round, thinner frames will soften and balances out the sharp angles while enhancing the face shape. Do, however, avoid box shape lenses and frame as they enlarge the facial feature making the face bulky.

Diamond face: this face is characterized by a wide cheekbone and as such cat eye glass that accentuates the cheekbone while softening the features works well.

Heart shaped face: this face is wider on the forehead and narrows on the chin area. Round or square frames work well with this kind of shape, this diverts attention from the enlarge forehead to other facial features.

Always remember that symmetry is the word to have in mind when looking for the perfect glasses for your face.
